Body confidence without the hard sell.
A non-invasive, technology-led body treatment delivered personally by Davina in her private London studio. Explore how LPG Endermologie works, what a session feels like and whether it fits the change you want.
Non-invasive mechanical tissue stimulation · Individual assessment · Private appointments · Expectations reviewed before a course is advised
A treatment to understand, not simply believe in.
LPG Endermologie uses a motorised treatment head to mechanically mobilise the skin and underlying tissue. Davina adjusts the session to the area being treated, your comfort and the purpose agreed beforehand.
Controlled mechanical stimulation, delivered through a treatment head.
During a body session, the device works across selected areas using controlled suction and motorised rollers or flaps, depending on the equipment and protocol Davina uses. The sensation and intensity can be adjusted rather than treated as a test of endurance.
People commonly explore LPG because they are interested in skin appearance, the look of cellulite, tissue texture or a greater sense of comfort and confidence in their body. The appropriate objective, number of sessions and way progress is reviewed should be discussed individually.
Important: LPG should not be presented as a guaranteed transformation, a weight-loss treatment or a substitute for medical care, nutrition, movement or other appropriate support.
The machine provides the mechanical action. Davina’s judgement determines why, where and whether it should be used.
- A non-surgical treatment with no needles or incisions
- Settings and treatment areas selected for the individual
- A course considered only after expectations and suitability are clear
- Progress reviewed in context, without promising a universal result
Precise technology. Calm, private delivery.
Strong imagery can show the equipment and atmosphere, but it should not replace a clear explanation of what happens or imply that every body responds in the same way.
A session built around a defined purpose
Davina identifies the area, desired change and suitable protocol before the treatment begins.
Adjustable rather than aggressive
The settings and pace can respond to the treatment area and your comfort.
Delivered by the person who assesses you
Your plan and your treatment remain part of one continuous conversation.
Start with the concern—not a promise.
These are common areas of interest, not guaranteed outcomes. Davina should confirm whether your objective is realistic and within the scope of the treatment before recommending a plan.
Skin appearance
For clients interested in the visible texture, tone or overall look of the skin in a particular body area.
The appearance of cellulite
For people seeking a realistic conversation about what mechanical tissue stimulation may and may not change.
Body confidence
When the aim is to feel more at ease in your body without framing your body as a problem that must be fixed.
Tissue comfort
Where your interest includes how an area feels as well as how it looks, subject to appropriate suitability and scope.
A focused course
When there is a defined treatment aim, a realistic review point and a clear reason for recommending several sessions.
Maintenance
When an initial course has been reviewed and occasional ongoing treatment remains useful and proportionate for that client.
A good treatment fit begins with good expectations.
Interest in LPG is not the same as suitability. Your goal, health information, treatment history and expectations all affect the next responsible step.
You want a non-invasive, body-focused treatment.
- Your interest is specific enough to discuss and review
- You understand that response varies between individuals
- You are comfortable considering a course only if the rationale is clear
- You value privacy and a practitioner-led conversation
There is a health, timing or expectation question.
- You expect LPG itself to cause weight loss or replace exercise or nutrition
- You are pregnant, have a diagnosed condition or have had a recent procedure
- You have unexplained pain, swelling, skin changes or another symptom
- You need diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or medical advice
What to expect, from first question to review.
This is the intended client journey. Davina should check it against her exact consultation, treatment-suit, consent, photography and review process before the page goes live.
Consult and clarify
Discuss the area, what you want to change, relevant history and what a useful result would mean to you.
Check fit and expectations
Davina considers suitability, explains the treatment and identifies anything that requires adaptation, clearance or referral.
Personalise the session
Selected areas and machine settings are matched to the agreed purpose and adjusted for comfort during treatment.
Review before continuing
A further session, course, maintenance plan or decision to stop should follow a real review—not an automatic sales schedule.
The number of sessions should have a reason.
Final session recommendations and prices must come from Davina’s actual treatment model. This framework explains how the choice should be made.
Exploration or an occasional appointment.
- A first experience after consultation and suitability checks
- A client whose aim does not justify a planned course
- Occasional maintenance where the reason remains clear
A defined aim with planned review points.
- A treatment goal for which repeated sessions are appropriately recommended
- A realistic schedule that the client understands and can sustain
- A plan with agreed measures and a point at which continuing is reconsidered
Before publishing prices: add Davina’s confirmed single session, course and maintenance prices here or link to a transparent LPG pricing section. Do not invent discounts, treatment frequency or savings.
Measure what matters to the client.
A responsible review is broader than searching for the most dramatic photograph. It begins with the original reason for treatment and uses measures that are relevant, proportionate and agreed.
- Your own account of comfort, confidence or satisfaction
- Consistent photographs only where useful and explicitly consented to
- Practitioner observations described as observations, not medical findings
- A review of whether the time, cost and experience still feel worthwhile
Progress can lead to continuing, adjusting the plan, moving to maintenance or deciding that no further treatment is needed.
The machine is only one part of the experience.
Davina’s role is to understand why you are considering treatment, check that expectations are responsible and use the technology with a clear purpose rather than apply the same formula to everybody.
Balanced Wellness also gives Davina a broader understanding of movement, strength and behaviour change. That does not mean an LPG client is automatically sold Pilates, training or coaching. It means Davina can recognise when the concern extends beyond what a body treatment can responsibly address.
Before launch: insert Davina’s exact LPG training, machine model, certification date and any verified manufacturer or professional status here.
What clients usually want to know.
Davina should confirm operational details in these answers before publication, particularly treatment clothing, duration, frequency, aftercare and contraindications.
What does LPG Endermologie feel like?
The treatment head mechanically mobilises tissue using controlled suction and motorised action. Sensation varies by area, settings and individual sensitivity. Tell Davina how it feels so the session can be adjusted rather than endured.
Is LPG Endermologie painful?
The treatment is not intended to be a test of pain tolerance. Sensitivity can vary, and some areas may feel more intense than others. Davina should explain expected sensations and alter the settings if you are uncomfortable.
What do I wear during a body treatment?
LPG body treatments commonly use a dedicated treatment suit to support hygiene, comfort and movement of the treatment head. Davina will confirm exactly what she provides, what you should bring and how privacy is managed before your appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no responsible universal answer. The recommendation depends on your objective, suitability, response and the protocol Davina uses. If a course is proposed, ask why that number and frequency are appropriate and when progress will be reviewed.
Can LPG help me lose weight?
LPG should not be sold as a weight-loss treatment or as a replacement for appropriate nutrition, movement or medical care. If weight change is your primary goal, tell Davina directly so she can explain the limits of LPG and discuss a more suitable route.
Is there downtime after treatment?
LPG is non-invasive, but individual responses vary. Davina should explain normal short-term effects, any aftercare she recommends and what would warrant contacting her or another appropriate professional before you book.
Who should not have LPG Endermologie?
Suitability depends on current manufacturer guidance, your health information, the treatment area and professional judgement. Do not rely on a short website list. Tell Davina about pregnancy, medical conditions, medication, skin changes, pain, swelling and recent procedures so she can decide whether to proceed, adapt, seek clearance or refer.
Can LPG be combined with Pilates, training or coaching?
It can sit alongside another pathway only where that pathway has a separate purpose. An LPG client is not automatically enrolled into other services, and combining support does not guarantee a better result.
Interested in LPG, but not sure whether it fits?
Tell Davina what you would like to change, the area you are considering and any relevant health or treatment history. She can explain the next sensible step before you commit to a session or course.
