Integrated Pathways

Integrated Pathways · Balanced Wellness, SW17

Wellbeing works better when the pieces speak to each other.

Movement, body confidence, strength and everyday habits do not always exist as separate problems. Davina can help you begin with one clear priority and bring in another pathway only when it has a useful role.

Individually planned · One continuous conversation · Clear review points · No requirement to use all four services

Starting point One clear priority
Plan Individual and flexible
Services used Only those with a purpose
Review Continue, change or simplify
Integration, explained

A sequence, not a bundle.

Integrated support does not mean doing everything. It means seeing the whole person, deciding what matters now and allowing the plan to evolve when the evidence of real life says it should.

The Balanced Wellness approach

Different methods can serve one shared direction.

A client may begin with Pilates because confident movement is the immediate need, then add personal training when a stronger base has been established. Someone else may need coaching first so that time, motivation and routines become workable before any physical plan grows.

The value is not simply having several services in one studio. It is Davina carrying the context forward: what you are working towards, what has helped, what has not and what your life can realistically sustain.

Four working principles
  • Begin with the clearest current need
  • Give every method a defined purpose
  • Review response before adding complexity
  • Remove, pause or refer when something is no longer appropriate

More support is not automatically better support. The smallest useful plan is often the strongest place to begin.

One practitioner, one continuous conversation

You should not have to keep starting your story again.

When support changes direction, the knowledge already gained should travel with it.

Working with Davina across more than one pathway can reduce the gaps between separate plans. A difficult week in coaching may explain why a training routine stalled. A Pilates session may reveal that a goal needs a gentler progression. A change in priorities may mean staying with one service and leaving the others alone.

This continuity creates a more coherent experience while still keeping professional boundaries clear. Where another practitioner or clinical opinion is needed, joined-up thinking includes knowing when to refer.

Suitability

When combining pathways helps—and when one is enough.

Integration should solve a real coordination problem. It should never be used simply to make a plan look more comprehensive.

Combination may make sense when…

  • Your physical goal and everyday habits are affecting each other
  • Controlled movement and progressive strength have different useful roles
  • You want continuity between in-studio work and online support [confirm]
  • A review identifies a specific gap another pathway can address

One pathway may be better when…

  • You have one defined need and the chosen service is meeting it
  • Adding another commitment would create more pressure than value
  • Your goal falls outside Davina’s scope and needs another professional
  • There is no clear reason to make the plan more complex
Illustrative pathways

The sequence follows the person—not a template.

These are examples of how Davina might think, not recommendations, treatment plans or promises of a particular result.

Rebuild consistency

Health coaching may clarify the obstacle first; personal training can follow when a realistic rhythm exists.

Move and feel stronger

Reformer Pilates may develop control and confidence while personal training progressively builds strength.

A considered body-confidence goal

LPG may be selected for a suitable treatment goal, with movement or coaching added only where each has a separate purpose.

Support through changing weeks

Studio sessions can provide physical structure while online coaching may preserve continuity during travel [confirm].

Important: The appropriate starting point depends on your goals, health history, suitability, availability and Davina’s verified professional scope. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

The process

Start clear. Add carefully. Review honestly.

The pathway remains understandable because every change answers a simple question: what useful role will this play now?

Understand

Discuss the goal, context, previous experience and anything that may affect suitability.

Prioritise

Choose the most useful first focus instead of attempting to change everything together.

Begin

Start with one service or a deliberately limited combination, with expectations made clear.

Review

Use your experience, response and changing circumstances to judge what should happen next.

Adapt

Continue, progress, simplify, pause, add another pathway or refer elsewhere when appropriate.

How decisions are made

A useful method has to earn its place.

Before another pathway is introduced, Davina should be able to explain what it is for, why now and how its value will be reviewed.

  • Need: What specific problem or goal would it address?
  • Readiness: Is there enough time, energy and capacity for it?
  • Scope: Is it suitable and within Davina’s verified expertise?
  • Response: What will indicate that the direction is useful?
  • Practicality: Can the plan continue outside an ideal week?
Purpose over volume

Integrated does not mean “more of everything”.

Fixed packages can be convenient, but Balanced Wellness should only combine pathways when the relationship between them is useful and clear.

An integrated pathway

  • Starts with your current priority
  • Gives each service a defined role
  • Changes in response to review
  • Can become simpler as well as broader

A fixed bundle

  • Begins with a predetermined mix
  • May assume every element is needed
  • Can make quantity feel like the measure of value
  • May suit some people, but is not the same approach
Clear professional boundaries

Joined-up care includes knowing when another professional is needed.

Integrated Pathways are not medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, crisis support or individual dietetic care. Before launch, Davina must confirm the health-screening, consent, record-keeping and referral processes that apply to each service.

If symptoms, risk factors or goals fall outside her qualifications or the suitability of a service, the appropriate next step may be medical advice or support from another qualified practitioner—not another Balanced Wellness pathway.

Questions before you begin

Integrated Pathways FAQs.

Do I have to use all four services?

No. You may use one service only. Another pathway should be introduced only if it has a clear, suitable role in your goal.

Is an Integrated Pathway a fixed package?

Not necessarily. The intended approach is flexible and purpose-led rather than a predetermined bundle. Davina must confirm the available booking and pricing formats.

How will I know where to start?

An initial conversation should clarify your immediate priority, context, suitability and capacity. Davina can then explain the most appropriate starting option within her scope.

Can the pathway change?

Yes. Review is part of the approach. A pathway may progress, simplify, pause, change emphasis or lead to a referral elsewhere.

How much does an Integrated Pathway cost?

Prices and any package options are [Davina to confirm]. You should receive a clear explanation of the recommended format and cost before booking.

Can part of the support happen online?

Health coaching may be available online [Davina to confirm]. LPG, Reformer Pilates and in-person training require the appropriate studio setting and equipment.

How is progress reviewed?

The measures should follow your goal and the service being used. Davina must confirm the exact review process, but it should include your experience, practical consistency and relevant observable progress rather than one generic measure.

What if I have a medical condition, pain or an injury?

Tell Davina before beginning. Depending on your circumstances and the service, you may need clearance or support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Your starting point

You do not need to choose the whole pathway before the first conversation.

Tell Davina what you want to feel or do differently. She can help you identify a clear first step—and explain honestly whether one service is enough.
